This sounds like a lot and perhaps this is why so many people start looking into fad diets to help them lose weight. The bitter reality is that there are no shortcuts when it comes to this kind of a thing. If you’re looking for long term results, you’ll have to apply yourself and work towards your results instead of looking for ways to immediately losing weight – a lot of these may even give you results fast but they’re also very damaging to your body in the long run.
